1. Service Description

ChefLinker is a marketplace connecting customers with vetted private chefs for in-home meal preparation services.

2. Eligibility

Must be 18+ years old
Provide accurate registration information
Comply with local laws and regulations

3. Booking Terms

Maximum: 4 meals per booking, 5 servings each
Duration: 3-hour service sessions
Groceries: Customer provides ingredients
Pricing: Flat service fee structure

4. Cancellation Policy

Before grocery pickup: No fee
After grocery pickup: $14.99 + grocery reimbursement
Chef cancellation: No fee to customer

5. Payment Terms

Payments processed via Stripe
Platform commission: 20%
Tips: 100% to chef
No refunds except as specified

6. User Responsibilities

Provide safe kitchen environment
Accurate dietary/allergy information
Respectful interaction with chefs
No off-platform transactions

7. Chef Requirements

Background check and ID verification
Professional liability insurance
Food safety certification
Platform-only transactions

ChefLinker is a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for chef services, food safety, or property damage.

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, except where prohibited by local law.
